We realized something important that we had overlooked in our short term rental business - our check-in guide was pretty lackluster.
The content is there, it’s a helpful tool and will get you into the property, hopefully without issue, but when you look at it it definitely feels like an afterthought.
It’s not an accurate representation of our brand and the type of experience that we like to give our guests, and therefore not the best first impression.
