🍏 Hey Y'all !! Welcome back to another video of goodness and comfort! Was craving some apple fritters and had apples that needed to be used up!!! Win Win right!?

The Fritter
1 1/2 cups AP flour
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/4 tsp salt
1 to 2 teaspoons cinnamon ( or to taste)
1/3 cup buttermilk
2 eggs
3 tablespoons apple sauce
2 to 3 granny smith apples ( peeled and diced small)
canola or veggie oil

The icing
2 cups powdered sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together the flour, salt, cinnamon and baking powder.
form a well in the center and add the buttermilk, eggs and apple sauce. Mix well to combine.
Fold in the apples and combine well .
Heat 1 to 2 inches of oil in a cast iron skillet and add about 1/4 cup of the mix at a time.
fry 3 to 4 mins per side , remove and drain on a cookie wire rack.
drizzle the icing on while they are still hot and let sit 10 minutes.
