Battery Replacements, New Fans and Deep Clean for 2 Liebert GXT4 UPSes (yes, for 90 minutes)

I've had two Emerson Liebert GXT4 120V 3kVA UPS units (GXT4-3000RT120) running a bunch of stuff in my basement for going on 10 years now. They've had a few battery replacements in that time, but never a good clean. Hence their disgustingly dusty state. So here I am giving them a decently good clean, and replacing the old fans just in case.
The major problem here was of my own making; I'd ordered replacement batteries quite a while ago and never got around to actually installing them. The SLA batteries sat on a shelf for months and eventually ran down to like 9V and were probably sulfated. Trickle charging them did not save the day, so I went with a new set.
