Hello, Foodies, Chicken nuggets are a real kid-pleaser especially in lunch boxes. Adults will also enjoy this tasty appetizer that tastes far better than market bought frozen nuggets.
The ingredients for Chicken Nuggets are as follows:
Ground Chicken 400gms
Bread 2 Slices
Milk ½ cup (to soak bread)
Salt as per taste
Black Pepper ½ tsp
Mixed Herbs 1 tsp
Light Soya Sauce 1 tsp
Eggs 2 (1 for Coating and 1 for batter)
Four (for coating)
Bread Crumbs (for coating)
Oil for frying

Directions:
1. Grind the boneless chicken in a chopper.
2. Soak two slices of bread in milk and mix both chicken and soaked bread in a mixer for even texture.
3. Add salt, black pepper, mixed herbs, and light soya sauce in the chicken mixture and mix very well.
4. Add an egg to bind the mixture and shape the nuggets form by placing the mixture on your greased hands.
5. Apply coating in the following order; flour, egg, and breadcrumbs.
6. Heat the oil in a pan and fry the chicken nuggets until golden brown.
7. Serve warm with your dipping sauces of your choice!
