Описание: Supreme Court held that when the execution of a registered document is denied, it must be proved by calling two attesting witnesses. It further held that it is not necessary that the executant must deny the execution of a registered document, any person affected by the document may deny the same or whose interest are affected by such document. Supreme Court further held that declaration of gift and delivery of possession had to be established through independent evidence. PLD 2018 Supreme Court 698
