In today’s video, I’m sharing our real-life paycheck budget for the 1–23 pay period and opening up about some heavy obstacles my husband and I are facing.

We just found out that our apartment building has a brand new management company. The previous company was working with us, but the new one is asking for all owed rent upfront — and they also raised the rent. It’s been overwhelming, and I won’t lie… I was depressed and almost didn’t record this video.

But I had to remind myself of my motto and, more importantly, whose child I am. I am the child of the Most High God — and even when the numbers don’t make sense, God is still in control.

This is a real, honest, faith-filled paycheck-to-paycheck budget. No fluff. No pretending. Just real life, real numbers, and real faith.
