This session brings together the core Fascial Maneuvers used in the Pure Method to reset the body, release stored tension, regulate the nervous system, and restore natural pressure and flow.
The body is a pressurised system.
Pain, stress, and symptoms arise when pressure becomes trapped.
These Maneuvers work by redistributing pressure through fascia, breath, and awareness so the body can self-correct.
This is not stretching.
This is intelligent release.

THE 5 CORE MANEUVERS
Totally Twisted
A full-body de-stress reset using counter-rotation through the legs, pelvis, spine, ribs and head. Helps unwind deep stress patterns, calm the nervous system, and restore balance.
Anti-Gravity
Decompresses the spine and resets pressure zones through the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. Supports circulation, posture, and overall nervous system regulation.
Swinger
A gentle rotational flow that hydrates fascia, supports digestion, and restores natural movement through the spine and torso. Excellent for releasing stress and emotional holding.
Pull Over
Targets the lower back, ribs and spinal fascia. Helps relieve compression, support breathing capacity, and restore spinal-pelvic connection.
Pretzel Squat
Reintroduces rotation into the hips, pelvis and spine. Supports hip mobility, pelvic health, digestion, and grounding through the lower body.
