The mighty Grand Cannon is a defensive structure available only to France. It is the most expensive defensive structure and requires 100 power to operate.
It has very long range and the only unit to out range it is the V3 launcher. It also causes massive damage in an area bringing many units down at once.
Three major flaws it has though is that it has a minimum range meaning that it can't attack targets that are very close to it. It also damages friendly units which is most likely to happen when defending your base. Lastly, it takes some time to rotate thus, when it comes targeting units from different sides it may be a bit unpractical.
If it can be built close to an enemy base it can surely wreck chaos as it can deal massive damage to structures at a safe range.
