This video dives into a lot of different topics - everything from the history of Greenland, to why it's so important to the US. The history of Greenland starts 4500 years ago, and it's closely connected with the Inuit population in North America. But Scandinavia enters the picture around 980 AD at least, so there's been more than a thousand years of connection with Norway and Denmark.

I also discuss the various reasons that the US might have to acquire Greenland. Everything from minerals to its strategically important location - especially if the polar caps are melting to reveal more resources and more ways to traverse the globe.

And of course, Russia and China and other countries are also well aware of Greenland's significance.

I also discuss various ways to look at whom Greenland should belong to. Denmark has a strong claim, but there are certain things pointing to a North American connection too. But not strong enough to warrant the US attention that is given right now.

The fate of Greenland is something that's important for all of Scandinavia, and Europe, and the whole world. So I hope that the White House starts showing some reason - and stop reaching for Greenland with their greedy little paws.
