Testing some changes to the design, which should help eliminate the two major factors which were leading to jams previously.
An improved design for the Barrel Spindle Body, adds little horn-shaped feed ramps in each of the bolt tracks. Without these, rounds were being wedge into the side of the barrels at an awkward angle, seizing the whole mechanism. This was I suspect, the main cause of all the stop-start behavior seen in the previous video.
A hole cut away from the ejection port area, gives the empty brass casings an improved route on their way out of the receiver. Now it should be all but impossible for casings to bounce back into the gun and cause a failure to eject.
