Evolution of Starter Ultimate Moves (2004 - 2025)

Описание: This video showcase the Ultimate move of the Starter. Frenzy Plant, Blast Burn and Hydro Cannon. I've also included Volt Tackle as a bonus which kinda is Pikachu Ultimate Moves as it was also a starter. Enjoy!

The move could technically be also used in Ruby and Sapphire but since the move started to be available in Fire Red and Leaf Green, I've decided to start it there. (Especially since it doesn't change anything since the animation are the same)
