The FCP4 is ANCA’s newest machine designed specifically for the high volume production of HSS commodity (jobber) drills.
FCP4 manufactures a complete HSS drill on a single machine. The FCP4 grinds the Flute, Relief and Point producing a finished drill from a high speed steel blank. Designed for drills up to diameter 4mm, the multi spindle machine provides simultaneous grinding operations producing a finished drill every 20 to 25 seconds.
