I Tested Apple's Butterfly Keyboard Replacement Program (they lied to me)

After a few days of letting crumbs and dust build up, and intentionally not cleaning the keys like I normally do I had numerous keys that were completely stuck, especially the spacebar, which became unusable. The Apple Genius lied to me. He gave me false, misleading information about this program and what it does to solve the problem, which is nothing.

The Butterfly Keyboard is fatally flawed, the small travel and spacing between the keys causes them to be easily blocked by dust and debris, leading to complete failure of the keyboard. This problem applies to:

I really find it sad that this issue exists, as I personally love the tactile, snappy feel of the butterfly keyboard, but to have components on high-cost professional and luxury machines fail so regularly, and to have Apple essentially give customers the finger by not altering the keyboard design is very distressing
