Don't pull the clubs out and creak all the way to the golf course just because the clocks have changed, move and prepare your body so you can actually make a swing and hit it good from day 1!
Plus, you'll be far less likely to get injured or tweak something, so this makes a lot of sense!
Follow along, do this 2 or 3 times a week for no more than 10 minutes and you'll be so much better on and off the course this year 🏌🏽♂️
