Which SIM is faster? EE vs Smarty

Now the EE unlimited data Sim subscription, is more than twice the cost of the Smarty Unlimited Sim.

EE is the fastest and most reliable mobile network in the UK, from my experience.

Now Smarty, which is managed by the THREE network, is getting better, I have noticed this over the last few years.

Now your experience may be different than mine. I am based in west London, and quite close to several 4G towers, so I have quite a lot of choice and more likely to experience a reliable connection on most mobile networks.

And it also depends on the antenna that your router has available.

I am using a home made YAGI MIMO antenna.

So anyway, it's now time to test the network speeds again in my WIFI router. This is west London, May 2023.

I am using the speed test, provided by the Google search engine.

This first speed test, is using the EE sim in my WIFI router.

Thee second test was using the Smarty SIM.

My final results were,
