“Uprising” is a project I’ve been thinking about for quite some time.
I wanted to create a project built around themes that really matter to me, but for a long time I couldn’t figure out which style to use.
Over the past few months, I kept getting a lot of early-2000s jungle/ambient in my algorithm. I listened to it, and little by little I realized how much I loved it, that I wanted to make that kind of music with my own touch, and that I could potentially integrate the themes I mentioned earlier.
That’s how this album was born!
I’m really proud of it and I hope you’ll enjoy it.
