practice TONGLEN- breathing meditation technique that turns pain into joy.
No more Struggle- means observe, embrace and investigate your thoughts- ask yourself-what scares me most?
Use poison as medicine- using times of suffering as a wake-up call. Breathe work Meditation of breathing in the urge you experiencing, and breath it out again with a feeling of creating space and freedom for yourself.
Manifestation of awakening energy- take the present moment for what it is and it will be your teacher.
