This Fall ➜ Christmas house transformation took way longer than expected for a few real-life reasons. I had to take a lot of breaks, move at a slower pace, and listen to my body. I injured my back before Thanksgiving, and after hosting the holiday, the soreness definitely caught up with me.
Most of the decor you see was collected over time, not all at once. I shopped my home and mixed in affordable finds from Dollar Tree along with statement pieces from Kirklands. The final look is a blend of winter and Christmas decor, not just traditional red-and-green—soft, cozy, and lived-in.
