Looking for a quick and scary costume ? all you need is short black hair or a short black wig to seal this look! If you have hair you may need to purchase a bald cap as well.Although this Jigsaw look isn't as beginner friendly as I had intended, I think anyone is capable of creating this look with some patience and the correct materials ! main things you should have to create this look is liquid latex I got mine for $12 at my local spirit halloween, black bob with for $4 from Walmart and cotton rounds to use with the liquid latex and I got those for $3 from CVS!
