Описание: In this video, Johnny Berba teaches you 7 powerful techniques to overcome social phobia also known as social anxiety disorder. Social anxiety disorder can hold many back from talking to people and making friends, because of the fear of feeling judged in social situations. The only way to combat this is by doing what psychologists refer to as exposure therapy. Exposure therapy basically means confronting the very thing you are fearful of. The idea is, the more you expose yourself to your fear, the less afraid you will become over time.

For some people going to a social meetup can be absolutely terrifying and too overwhelming for them. This is why you should break down your social anxiety and fear into small, manageable, practical, steps, that expose you to your fear at a gradual pace that you can handle. There is no rush with regard to overcoming your social anxiety and building your social confidence. As long as you don't give up on yourself and you keep moving forward you will get to your final destination in the end. It's important that you don't let the bad days get you down, because we all have bad days it's part of life. The key is not allowing the negative emotions to demotivate you from continuing to talk to more people in social situations that scare you.

You have to be willing to go through the challenging and at times painful emotions in order to grow in confidence and lessen your social anxiety around other people. 1) Don't be ashamed of having social anxiety
2) Set small goals
3)Go to social events
4) Practice changing the way you think about your anxiety when it gets triggered in social situations
5) When you feel the nervous focus on the other person and as them questions about themselves.
6) Don't focus on the negative, focus on the positive
7) Keep building momentum (Practice talking to people)
