Описание:
A radial reactor allows untreated gas (in blue) to enter through an inlet, and once it hits the cover deck within, the gas is dispersed. It then flows through scallops — pipes that have holes throughout them — and is pushed down the sides of the reactor. Depending on the process and type of output, the scallops may require various perforation shapes and sizes, made to a tight tolerance.
The gas seeps through the scallops and goes through the catalyst bed, where the reaction takes place, with a final output — represented by the green color gas. The treated gas is then forced in the center pipe.
