The Most Delicious Ham & Cheese Bread (2 Minutes dough)❗ ❗️Fluffiest and easy to make❗ Everyone loved it after trying it
Ingredients ：
All purpose flour or bread flour 250 g （2 cup+ 1 tbsp）
Lukewarm milk 150 ml
Whole egg 55 g +-
Instant dry yeast 3 g / 1 tsp
Granulated Sugar 15 g / 1 tbsp
Olive oil 15 ml / 1 tbsp
Salt 1.5 g / 1/4 tsp
Ham 150 g
Mozzarella cheese 80 g
Bake in preheated oven at 175℃/350℉ for 12-15 minutes or until brownish top
