If you have terrible shoulder extension like I do, spending some time in this reverse plank position might be exactly what your warm-up is missing.
I particularly love this as movement prep for dips, push-ups, L-sits, and back lever training; but I honestly do it before any compound upper body movements (even handstands, overhead press, bench press, rows, or pull-ups).
