Akhrot ki Chutney
Ingredients

Walnuts 3-4 pieces
Fresh coriander 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Green chilies 2 pieces
Garlic clove 1 piece
Salt as required
Yogurt 1 cup
Method
In a blender, add fresh coriander, mint leaves, garlic, and green chilies, and grind well. Add salt and walnuts to make a smooth paste. Mix this paste into whipped yogurt and serve.
Gur Masala Tea

Tea leaves 2 tbsp
Sugar 1 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Cardamom 2-3 pieces
Cloves 2 pieces
Ginger piece 1 piece
Milk 2 cup
Jaggery as required
Method
In a pan, boil water and add tea leaves, cardamom, cloves, and ginger. Once it starts boiling, add milk and jaggery. Cook well, then strain and serve hot.
Kali Mirch Chicken

Chicken 1 piece
Oil 1/2 cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Fresh coriander, green chilies as required
Black cardamom 1 piece
Bay leaves 2 pieces
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Onion 1 piece
Nutmeg 1 piece
Cinnamon stick 1 piece
Dry red chilies 2-3 pieces
Cloves 3-4 pieces
Green cardamom 3-4 pieces
Salt 1 tbsp
Whole black pepper 1 tbsp
Fennel seeds 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds 1 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion. Add 1 bay leaf and 1 black cardamom. Then add ginger garlic paste and chicken, fry well, and mix in salt. Add yogurt and cook on low flame. For the spice mix, roast cumin seeds, fennel seeds, and whole black pepper. Then add cardamom, nutmeg, cinnamon, dry red chilies, and cloves, roast, and grind into powder. Add this spice mix to the chicken, fry for 2-3 minutes, and cook well. Finally, garnish with fresh coriander and green chilies, then serve.
