Weissenbock (or Weizenbock) - Did a double mash in the Braumeister to achieve a correct OG for this beer style. Rather unconventional, but aside from some sticky wort it was OK.
Repitched on perphaps too much (?!) yeast, and only got an FG of 1.020 (OG was 1.080) using Wyeast 3068

IBU 22 (= 9 grams of Magnum AA 11.9%@60min)
