150g Candied peel
150 g Ginger preserve
150 g chow chow
150 g glace cherry
3 tablespoon Golden syrup
3 tablespoon Bees honey
3 tablespoon mixed fruit jam
150 g Cashews chopped
150 g Pumpkin preserve also known as melon candy or puhul dosi
50ml Brandy
1 1/2 teaspoon Almond essence
1 1/2 teaspoon Rose essence
2 teaspoon Vanilla essence
2 tsp Mixed spices
An Orange
Lemon / Lime

Cake Batter

225 g Butter
225g Brown Sugar
4 Large eggs
225g Flour
1 1/2 teaspoon mix spices powder
