About Me:
I am a nerdy, queer, mixed women and I love to dance, sing, cook, and create art. I am deeply connected to earth energies and passionate about personal empowerment, liberation, pleasure, and collaboration.

Through meditation, reiki energy healing, and deeply embodied spaces, I help others to come back into deep relationship with their inner power and soul’s calling.

CERTIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
I’m trained in Usui/Holy Fire 3® Reiki Energy Healing up to the master level by 3 different teachers. I was first attuned in 2015 in the traditional Usui style (level 1-3) and in 2019 I was trained in Holy Fire Reiki 3 (level 1-3). I’ve worked closely with multiple teachers to learn how to teach Reiki Energy Healing in person and online.

I completed a Life Coaching Certification in 2020 and am a Certified Spiritual Life Coach. I have over 10 years of experience holding group healing spaces and teaching about self care and mindfulness.

INSPIRATION
I am inspired by the world around me. I find so much inspiration in observing the natural world and in witnessing our capacity for transformation and change. I believe we are in a time of massive transformation and I am inspired by all those showing up to offer their unique magic and by the infinite possibilities available to us in this moment.

WHY I PRACTICE
I practice so I can show up as my best self.
I practice so I can take responsibility for my healing.
I practice so I can continue to face uncertainty with courage.
I practice to break and rewrite cycles.
I practice to enable myself to evolve and transform.
I practice because when I don’t, life does not feel as wonderful and pleasurable.

WHY I TEACH
I teach because that is who I am. I’ve always been a teacher and I’m always teaching and learning. I teach because I believe we have the power to rewrite our future but that we must heal and evolve if we are to write a different story.
