दोस्तों आज इस वीडियो में मैं आपको बताऊंगा कि वर्कआउट परफॉर्मेंस को better बनाने के लिए आपको किन foods को avoid करना है। before workout आपको इन foods को नहीं लेना है। वैसे तो इसे आपको खाना ही नहीं चाहिए । यह हमारी health के लिए अच्छे नहीं है। but बहुत सारे लोग एक मिस्टेक करते हैं। की before workout कुछ इस तरह के foods खाकर जाते हैं मिल में जिससे कि वह during workout अच्छा perform नहीं कर पाते हैं। energetic नहीं रहते हैं |

1. Sugary Foods
Why Avoid - Sugary snacks or drinks can cause a rapid spike in blood sugar, followed by a crash, leaving you feeling fatigued mid-workout.
**Examples**: Soda, candy, pastries, sweetened cereals.
Better Alternative Opt for complex carbohydrates like whole grains or fruits, which provide sustained energy.


2. Fried and Fatty Foods
Why Avoid : These foods are hard to digest, leading to sluggishness and potential stomach discomfort during exercise.
Examples - French fries, fried chicken, heavy cream-based dishes.
Better Alternative: Choose lean proteins and healthy fats like grilled chicken, avocado, or nuts.

3.Carbonated Drinks
Why Avoid: Carbonation can cause bloating and gas, making it uncomfortable to move or breathe deeply during workouts.
Examples: Soda, sparkling water, fizzy energy drinks.
Better Alternative: Stick to plain water or an electrolyte drink to stay hydrated without the fizz.

4. Dairy Products (For Some)
