ប្រាសាទចៅសាយទេវតា - Chau Say Tevoda Temple

Chao Say Tevta temple is located in the south in front of Thommanon temple. This temple was built by King Suryavarman II in the late 11th and early 12th centuries to dedicate to Brahmanism.

According to the locals, the name of this temple is the name of a commander who has a good work in war or a name that has a good work in doing something. The name of this temple, which locals call today Chao Say, does not have the word Tevta at the end, this is a Khmer tradition that often uses short names, not long names.
