Gold-certified alternative metal band Spiritbox performed their song “Soft Spine” live at the 2026 GRAMMY Awards Premiere Ceremony at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles, CA.
The performance coincided with the band’s third GRAMMY nomination, as “Soft Spine” was nominated for Best Metal Performance alongside releases from Ghost, Sleep Token, and Dream Theater. The award ultimately went to Turnstile for their track “Birds.”
Despite not taking home the trophy, Spiritbox’s onstage appearance marked a full-circle moment for the band, following vocalist Courtney LaPlante’s viral red carpet moment at last year’s ceremony.
