UP Sainik School Interview Structure

Total Marks: The interview carries a total of 100 marks.
Distribution: 90 marks are allocated for the verbal interview, while 10 marks are reserved specifically for the physical test.

Physical Test Breakdown (10 Marks Total)
The physical portion consists of five tests, each worth 2 marks:

1. Pull-Ups (Beams):

8 Pull-ups: 2 Marks
6 Pull-ups: 1.5 Marks
4 Pull-ups: 1 Mark
2 Pull-ups: 0.5 Marks

2. Sit-Ups:

25 Sit-ups: 2 Marks
20 Sit-ups: 1.5 Marks
15 Sit-ups: 1 Mark

3. Push-Ups:

Preparation & Courses

Interview Batches: The third interview batch starts on February 23rd. Specialized batches for RMS (Rashtriya Military School) are also available, conducted entirely by officers.
Samvad Course: An app-based course priced at ₹799 that includes GK/Military info handbooks and interview prep videos. The fee is adjusted if the student joins a full interview batch.
Medical Guidance: A video by Colonel Arvind (Army Doctor) is available to clear misconceptions about the medical examination.
