In this episode of “Nemesis Battles”, three heroes face a challenge with a celestial entity, known as a planetar.
An eldritch knight fighter, a light domain cleric, and a path of the wild heart barbarian, all are at level 9, using the rules in the 2024 Player’s Handbook of Dungeons and Dragons. They want to rescue their friends from the fiery domain on an Arch Fiend.
As the first part of their quest, the three heroes must undergo a challenge with a planetar, presented as a challenge rating 16 creature in the 2025 Monster Manual.
You can enjoy this episode on its own, without any prior knowledge. If you will want to see the full series, then certainly the larger context can offer more about the characters and their stories.
