Here is an interesting one, Inferno with Bofa budget and the new Deadeye prayer. A lot of people are rushing CG with the new Royal Titan prayers and this means you can access inferno immediately after that in a lot of cases. It is absolutely doable without Rigour and really nice to grab that Inferno cape before the Chambers grind if you want! I'll be putting out a Royal Titan's guide out soon as well! With the Prayer Enhance added, Run Energy update and better gear in the game, Inferno is achievable. Get in there and get it. It's not too hard and there are so many great tools to make it even more "free".
