NSW Police Senior Constable Kristian White has been charged following an investigation into the tasering of 95-year-old dementia patient Clare Nowland who was tasered at Cooma’s Yallambee Lodge.
NSW Police Commissioner Karen Webb APM and NSW Police Deputy Commissioner Paul Pisanos APM, Regional Field Operations, made the announcement outside the Sydney Police Centre.
