Описание: We are grateful to the Ambassador of Serbia to the USA, Đerđ Matković, for joining SALC President, Aleks Djuricic, and VP of Legislative Affairs, Ilijana Todorovic, to brief the Serbian American community on the situation in Serbia regarding COVID-19 and the Serbian government's response. Ambassador Matković also answered questions from the Serbian American community about: the prospects of a special residency/visa status for members of the diaspora who have historic, family, or cultural ties with Serbia; the importance of identifying as Serbian on the 2020 US Census; and the Embassy's cooperation with the Congressional Serbian Caucus.
