Girl With Sugar Daddy Uses Stolen Credit Card to Spend $3,870 at Louis Vuitton

Around 3:56 PM on November 9th, 2024, Tampa Police Officer Jonathan Darling responded to the International Plaza Mall after a report of credit card fraud. Outside the Louis Vuitton store, the victim explained she had been alerted to a fraudulent $1,015 purchase at Nordstrom. Shortly after, an attempt was made to buy a $3,870 Louis Vuitton bag, but the card was declined.

Store employees told police the same woman later returned with an older man, believed to be her sugar daddy, who successfully purchased the bag for her. Officers waited until the pair exited the store before making contact.

The woman gave conflicting information and initially lied about having identification. She was later identified as t, who did have a valid Florida driver’s license. Surveillance footage confirmed her earlier declined transaction.

Based on witness statements, video evidence, and the victim’s report, Valerie was arrested. After being read her Miranda rights, she confessed and was transported to jail.

She was charged with two counts of fraudulent credit card use and third-degree grand theft.
