His coach asked him to attend Crucial Conversations Training to change a life-long pattern of bad behavior. He saw it as an opportunity to not only save his career, but become a better and happier person.
In Crucial Conversations, Tom learned how to communicate in crucial moments and recognize when he violated safety. He mended fences with colleagues he’d hurt or offended in the past. Now, he is someone others respect and even come to for advice on dealing with difficult situations at the office. At home, his wife tells him the pattern of behavior she’s observed from him over the last 30 years has changed. It’s like being married to a different person.
