This lift has got replaced form the original OTIS back in 2007 and it is now an Hitachi Lift 2024 so far, the lift is doing great like the buttons, sensor chime and indicator works very well to the lift panel buttons are on both side 2 but they changed the position to the indicator color is orange the buttons color are all white color the doors are normal not mirror doors anymore just like the OTIS lift version that is sad to see they did not put back the decorating but anyways the new lift capacity is still reasonable they have voice anecument too which is nice to the lift celling is quite tall this time compared to the OTIS version the cab view decoration is just the same as the OTIS lift. The lift buttons are still ok but for handicap people using the lift will be a problem because for them it is like too high and there is no handicap panel for the Hitachi Lift at Sunway Carnival mall lift got handicap panel which is good but this lift at Sunway pyramid is not bad overall still give this 10/10 but anyway any questions pls comment down bellow
