Hello everyone, Welcome to my channel! Welcome to Cebu!
In this video, is a tour update of the current developments as of December 2025 at the South Road Properties (SRP) along Cebu South Coastal Road (CSCR) in Cebu City Philippines. Started the video at the National Museum CSCR south bound lane to CCLEX viaduct, South Coast City SM Seaside City, Nustar, City De Mare and IL Corso SRP and the CSCR Tunnel with the following project developments in the area:
South Coast City: Constructions of SM Seaside Arena, SMX Convention, Skybridge connecting the SM Seaside and SM Seaside Arena.
Skywalk connecting IL Corso Mall and City De Mare
CSCR CCLEX Weighbridge Station
Nustar Grand Summit Hotel still under construction
Cebu South Coastal Road /CSCR Tunnel Repair and Add'l Lighting(halted)
