You are eligible for MRSS if you meet the following criteria:
➡️Singapore Citizen
➡️Age 55 and above as of 31st December of the assessment year
➡️Retirement Account savings are less than the current Basic Retirement Sum
➡️Average monthly income is not more than $4,000
➡️Annual value of residence is not more than $21,000
➡️Own no more than one property
