Welcome back to This Teen Travelz! In today’s hotel review, I’m taking you inside the Delta Hotels Toronto Airport & Conference Centre, a massive Marriott property located just minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ). This trip was a little different — I got sick before the stay, so my parents stepped in to film everything for me. But trust me… this hotel had a lot to talk about.

This Delta property is one of the largest airport hotels in Toronto, featuring conference spaces, meeting rooms, an on-site spa, multiple restaurants, and one of the biggest indoor pools I’ve ever seen. It’s a popular choice for layovers, park-and-fly stays, corporate travelers, tournament teams, and anyone looking for a comfortable night before an early flight out of YYZ.

THE BI-LEVEL LOFT SUITE TOUR
My parents were upgraded to a One King Corner Bi-Level Loft — a two-floor suite with:
A huge living + dining area
High ceilings and tons of natural light
Large seating area
Wet bar setup with lots of storage
Upstairs bedroom with King bed, closets, and a second TV
Spacious bathroom with great water pressure

WI-FI & GAMING SETUP
Connecting was easy, but speeds were slow — this hotel currently ranks in the bottom five on my Hotel Wi-Fi Speed Leaderboard.

My dad tested console hookup using his laptop, and both TVs had easy HDMI access. Pro tip: don’t use the Marriott Entertainment box — swap the HDMI cable directly at the TV.

POOL + FITNESS CENTER
The indoor pool area is massive, with:
Huge tall ceilings
Plenty of windows
A separate hot tub
Lots of space for families and teams

The gym includes free weights, benches, cardio machines, yoga gear, and cold towels — perfect for a quick workout.

BREAKFAST + RESTAURANTS
This Toronto airport hotel features:
Lot41 Social Bar & Table
Ginko Japanese Restaurant (41+ years in business!)
Orchid Café (buffet + à la carte)
Lobby Starbucks (Open 6:30am–6pm)

DELTA PANTRY — A 24/7 ELITE LOUNGE

This was their first time using the Delta Pantry — and it impressed them more than some actual lounges.

NEARBY FOOD (5–15 min drive)
Zets – Huge portions, Greek-Canadian diner classics
Zorro’s Steakhouse – Old-school fine dining, amazing steaks
Peter’s on Eglinton – Massive comfort-food portions

Walkable options include Milestones, Harvey’s, Swiss Chalet, and Tim Hortons.

SURPRISING HOTEL AMENITIES
You can actually book an A320 flight simulator inside the hotel thanks to AviaSim — the perfect experience if you’ve ever wanted to feel like a pilot.

You're also a short drive from:
Fantasy Fair at Woodbine Mall (Ontario’s largest indoor amusement park)
CinéStarz Deluxe Woodbine movie theatre

WHY THIS HOTEL WORKS

Even though I didn’t personally stay here, my parents were super impressed — and this place definitely looks teen-approved, minus the Wi-Fi speed.
