At any given moment the quality of how we feel depends on how present we are to the moment. When we feel positive emotion we are in alignment with the present moment and allowing it to be. Negative emotion comes from resistance to the present moment with mental labelings and identifications that aren't in alignment with the present moment. The key is to focus on being and doing whatever the moment presents and allowing everything to fall into place naturally. This video is a simple active meditation that focuses on bringing the awareness out of the thinking mind and into the body resulting in a more presence and allowance in life.
