My Version of Filipino-Style Spaghetti
Ingredients
For the pasta:
700 g pasta
Water (enough to boil pasta)
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp cooking oil
For the sauce:
900 g spaghetti tomato sauce
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 large onion, chopped
6–8 pieces hotdog, sliced
1 can Purefoods corned beef (or ground pork, optional)
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
4–6 tbsp catsup (adjust to taste)
2–3 tbsp condensed milk
1 cup shredded cheese (for mixing and topping)
