Method:
Marinate chicken with melted butter, salt, turmeric, and pepper. Bake at 200°C for 20 mins, uncover and bake 10 mins more.
Boil chicken bones to make stock.
Sauté butter, garlic, lemon slices & soaked rice. Add chicken stock + water (2 cups rice : 3 glasses liquid). Cook 10 mins, rest 10 mins.
Make special gravy using grilled chicken drippings and ground spices; cook 5 mins.
Fry onions & raisins in butter till golden.
Layer rice and chicken.
Garnish with fried onions, coriander, and special sauce.
