Part IV takes us on a breathtaking journey through the heart of Switzerland 🇨🇭. We ride the iconic Niesenbahn funicular to the summit of Niesen Mountain—often called the “Swiss Pyramid”—with sweeping views over Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland. From there, we celebrate our anniversary with a scenic drive high above Zweisimmen to the stunning Sparenmoos overlook.
A visit to the legendary Cailler Chocolate Factory was both fascinating and delicious (and yes—we brought home plenty of chocolate for friends and family!). The highlight—and grandest adventure—of our trip was riding the world-famous Gornergrat Railway for unforgettable views of the ever-changing Matterhorn. We wrap up this chapter with a special tour of the Lenk region alongside dear friends before returning to Zweisimmen.
