The ASB-70DP Series comprises two of our best selling models, the ASB-70DPH and the ASB-70DPW, for 1-step injection stretch blow molding of an unsurpassed range of container designs in PET as well as up to 20 various plastic resins.
The v4 models are now updated with ASB's Vsion1™ control and monitoring system that is fully compatible with Industry 4.0 standards and utilizes OPC UA communication protocols to enable simple and efficient integration of the molding machine into factory production monitoring software systems.
Additional features include the ability to use ASB's patented Zero Cooling™ system that provides a quantum leap in molding quality and output for PET containers. Both models in the line-up operate utilizing servo driven hydraulic pumps as standard that drastically reduce energy consumption.
