In the 90s, After several victims were found dumped in the city's canal system, law enforcement started to suspect a lone serial killer. However, two surviving witness accounts suggest that there could have been more than one perp. Just when cops thought they were closing on their suspects, someone else calls into the Howard Stern show, claiming responsibility for the murders.
