In this video I had explained a topic related to INDIAN CONTRACT ACT, 1872 which is very important topic in now a days. Because continuously their is increasing in technology and my topic is related to how a contract is made by using different technology equipment or device which can save human time, less expensive, easy way to make a contract in simple way by using technology.

My topic name is E- contract (Electronic Contract) in which two or more individuals come together in Contractual relationship by accepting rights & obligations which is enforceable by law using digital way to Contract like e- mail, different types of software, etc.

It is considered in both Act explanation is given follow with evidence:-
1)Under the provisions of the Information Technology Act, 2000 an electronic contract is valid and enforceable.
2)The only essential requirements to validate an electronic contract is compliance with the necessary pre-requisites provided under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

I had also explained Types of E- contract in which their are three sub points in types of E- contract are as follows:-
1. Shrink wrap E- contract.
2. Click wrap E- contract.
3. Browser wrap E- contract.

There are some other types of E- contract are as follows:-
1. Electronic data interchange (EDI).
2. E- mail E- contract.

This are the types of E- contract which I had explained in simple Hindi language which you can understand easily by different examples.
