🚌 Day 1 – Delhi to Jammu (Volvo Bus Journey)
📍 Start: ISBT Delhi
🕤 Departure: 9:30 PM (Volvo Bus)
We begin our journey from ISBT Delhi, traveling overnight via Volvo bus.

This route generally passes through Panipat – Ambala – Ludhiana – Pathankot, slowly entering the foothills of Jammu & Kashmir.

🛣️ Smooth highways turning into mountain roads
❄️ Weather slowly getting colder

🌄 Day 2 – Jammu to Srinagar to Gulmarg
🕘 Reached Jammu: 9:00 AM
After reaching Jammu, we explore the Jammu city view via local bus, heading towards the Jammu Bus Stand.

Jammu City Highlights:
• Gateway to Jammu & Kashmir
• Tawi River views
• Busy local markets & daily life
• Mix of plains and hills

🕦 11:30 AM – Jammu to Srinagar (Shared Cab)
We board a shared cab from Jammu to Srinagar, traveling on the famous:
🛣️ Jammu–Srinagar National Highway (NH-44)
This is one of the most scenic yet challenging highways in India, passing through:
• Udhampur
• Chenani tunnels
• Ramban (mountain cliffs & rivers)
• Banihal Pass & Tunnel (connects Jammu with Kashmir Valley)

🌲 Snow patches, rivers, tunnels & dramatic mountain scenery throughout the journey.
🕖 Reached Srinagar (Lal Chowk): 7:00 PM

🚕 Srinagar to Gulmarg (Night Drive)
From Lal Chowk, we hire a private cab to Gulmarg.
📍 Route: Srinagar → Tangmarg → Gulmarg
❄️ Roads covered with snow
🌌 Cold night drive in the mountains

🕘 Reached Gulmarg: Around 9:00 PM
🏨 Stay: J&K Government Resort, Gulmarg

Total travel time from Delhi to Gulmarg: ~24 hours
🌡️ Temperature: Around -7°C
Everything is white & silent — snow all around ✨

❄️ Day 3 – Gulmarg Snow Morning & Gondola Ride
Woke up early to a mesmerising snow-covered Gulmarg morning — looks unreal 🤍

🚠 Gulmarg Gondola Ride
• Did not book in advance
• Took Tatkal ticket (costlier than normal)

Phase 1:
• Accessible without advance skiing booking
• Stunning snow views
• Full fun & excitement

Phase 2:
•Requires advance booking
•Mainly for skiing
•Skipped this phase

⏰ Gondola time: 8:30 AM – 11:00 AM
After full fun, we head back to the resort and checkout.

🌊 Back to Srinagar – Smart City Views
Returning to Srinagar via shared cab, showing:
• Srinagar Smart City development
• Dal Lake views
• Lal Chowk market area
• Local Kashmiri life & traffic
