Описание: Let's get your steps in, burn fat, and move your body with this 20 minute walking cardio workout!

This LISS (low intensity steady state) cardio workout is all standing and knee-friendly. And NO REPEATS, so don't worry about getting bored. :)

Walking is our favorite form of LISS cardio (low intensity steady state cardio) and is super effective for fat loss and weight loss after pregnancy. Our channel is all about workouts for postpartum moms that can be done right at home in a short amount of time!

❗️PLEASE NOTE - step trackers don't actually count your steps, but they count your arm movements, intensity and motion. So, you have to MOVE in order to get those steps! Keep your arms and legs moving the whole time. Let me know in the comments below how many steps you were able to get!
